큰조롱(협죽도과 백미꽃속)

작년에는 큰조롱 꽃을 보자고 온 데를 찾아 다녔지만 결국 꽃을 보지 못하였다.

이곳에서도 큰조롱 꽃을 찾아 뒤졌었는데도 보지 못했는데 올해는 많이도 피었다.

이렇게 풍성한 큰조롱 꽃을 만나는 걸 보니 올해 꽃길이 밝을 것 같은 기분이다.

 

가을 쯤에는 열매를 볼 수도 있겠지?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

큰조롱은 박주가리과로 한방 약초명으로는 백하수오라고 불리며 약초꾼들이 산삼보다 더 귀한 것으로 치며

보이는대로 채취를 해가는 통에 이 녀석도 제명대로 살지 못하는 녀석이다.

적하수오라 불리는 하수오는 마디풀과로 큰조롱 백하수오와는 집안이 다르다.

 

하수오 뿌리를 적하수오라고 부른다

자잘한 꽃은 핀듯 만듯 활짝 펴진 모습을 만나기가 쉽지 않은 녀석이다.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

이 큰조롱도 자세히 보면 이 처럼 잎이 두텁고 끝이 길게 빠진 하트형과 얇고 매끈한 하트형 두가지가 있다는 걸 알 수 있다.
