솜아마존(협죽도과 백미꽃속)

6월 봉오리를 맺은 걸 보고 왔었다. 지금 쯤 꽃이 필거란 정보를 접하고 만나길 기대했던 녀석이다.

이 녀석을 찾아가는 곳은 미로 찾기 같아서 한참을 헤맨 끝에 자생지에 도착을 하였다.

하기사 한라산 자락 어디를 가더라도 숲 속을 헤매긴 마찬가지지만.

솜아마존은 꽃색이 연노랑이다. 전초에 털이 없고 흰빛이 돌고 줄기는 곧게 서며 원주형이다

 

 

 

 

 

꽃은 6-7월에 피고 지름 1cm정도로서 연한 황색이며 취산화서는 엽액에서 나오고 잎보다 대개 짧거나 같으며 소화경은 길이 3-7mm이다.

꽃받침잎은 5개로서 좁은 삼각형이고 때로는 가장자리에 잔털이 있으며 꽃잎은 난상 삼각형으로서

길이 3mm이고 부화관의 열편이 반원형이다. 화관 안쪽에만 털이 있다.

 

 

 

 

 

 

잎은 대생, 엽병이 없고 원줄기를 반 정도 감싸며, 도란상 긴 타원형 또는 긴 타원형, 길이 4-8cm, 폭 2-4cm,

가장자리는 밋밋하고, 끝이 뾰족하다. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 높이 40-60cm이며 전체에 흰빛이 돌고 줄기는 곧게 서며 원주형이다

열매는 골돌로 좁은 피침형이고 길이 5cm, 폭 6-7mm이며 종자에 긴 흰색털이 있음.
