새박(박과)

새박이다. 우히~! 

요 작은 꽃과 열매의 덩굴식물로 몇 종이 있는데 내가 담은 건 산외와 뚜껑덩굴 밖에 없었다.

제주도 풀숲에 새박이 흔하다기에 꽃동무한테 만날 수 있는 곳을 부탁했더니

긴두잎갈퀴 꽃을 담을 가면 볼 수 있다기에 쾌재를 불렀었다.  

 

자잘한 5갈래진 꽃과 단추만한 열매가 주렁주렁한 새박 덩굴이 그저 이쁘기만 한데.....

엉뎅이며 허벅지며 마구 마구 공격해 대는 모기 떼 한테 솔짝허니 헌혈을 혔다.

한장이라도 더 담으려고 차 안에 있는 뿌리는 모기약을 가지러 가는 시간도 아까웠기 때문이다.

 

열매는 둥글고 지름 1cm로서 길이 15-50mm의 과경에 달리며 밑으로 처지고 녹색이지만

익으면 회백색으로 되며 종자는 편평하고 회백색이며 많다.

 

 

이눔의 모기들 땜시 급하게 셔터를 눌러야 했고, 벌써 4시 30분이 넘어서는 시각이라

제주방울란을 찾아가야 하는 촉박한 시간 때문에 찬찬히 담지를 못해서 흔들린 게 넘 많다. 우잉~!

 

 

꽃은 7-8월에 피고 자웅화가 모두 엽액에 한개씩 달리지만 수꽃이 가지끝의 총상화서에 달리는 것도 있으며

화관은 백색이고 5개로 갈라지며 꽃받침은 끝이 5개로 갈라지고 열편은 선형으로서 짧으며 소화경이 있다.

수꽃은 3개의 수술이 있고 암꽃은 1개의 짧은 암술이 있으며 암술머리는 2갈래이다.

 

 

 

 

덩굴손이 잎과 대생한다. 잎은 호생하며 삼각상 심원형, 편심형 또는 난형이고 끝이 대개 뾰족하지만 둔하게 그치며 밑은 심장저이고 길이 3-6cm, 폭 4-8cm로서 가장자리에 크고 낮은 톱니가 있으며 3개로 갈라진 듯한 것도 있다

 

 

 

욘석은 산외이다.

꽃과 열매가 작고 열매에는 능각이 있다. 잎이 새박이랑 매우 닮았다.
