홍도까치수염(앵초과 참좁쌀풀속) Lysimachia pentapetala Bunge

 꽃동무들이 이곳에 오면 꼭 홍도 앞에 한 번씩은 무릎을 꿇고 간다.

이젠 이 곳도 전국구가 되어서 꽃탐사를 하는 사람이면 이 곳을 한 번 쯤은 다녀갔을 거다.

 

홍도란 지명 때문에 홍도에서만 자생하는 줄 아는 까치수염이 이곳 엉뚱한 산 위에 자생하고 있으니 이상할 수밖에 없다.

그러면 홍도에서 처음 발견되었다고 해서 홍도란 이름을 붙인 게 잘못이다.

 

그제 꽃동무가 안동 인근에서 홍도까치수염을 봤다고 해서 찾아가 봤더니

대나물과 홍도까치수염 몇 개체가 자생하고 있는 걸 확인 하였다.

 

영주에서 부터 흘러오는 내성천이 옆에 있고 임도가 있는 곳인데 물의 영향을 받는 환경은 아니었다.

그렇다면 홍도까치수염이 안동 주변에도 더러 찾을 수 있다는 건데...
