모감주나무(무환자나무과 모감주나무속) 열매 Koelreuteria paniculata Laxm.

12월에 비가 오더니 날씨가 너무 푸근해졌다. 열매를 담을 거리가 없나 싶어서 가벼운 차림으로 길 나섰다.  

늘 지나다니던 길에 보이던 모감주 나무 열매다. 일찍 담았어야 했는데 벌써 바싹 말라서 갈색으로 변하였다.

녹의를 벗어버린 나목에도 6월 장마가 시작할 때 쯤이면 다시 노란 꽃 가득 피우겠지.
