참으아리(미나리아재비과 으아리속) Clematis terniflora DC.

추암 전망대 부근에 참으아리가 피어 방문객들에게 진한 향기를 전해 주고 있다.

으아리 중에서도 꽃받침잎이 4장이고 해안에서 여름 늦게 피는 참으아리가 설핏 기운 가을 햇살에도 순백의 자태 여전하다.   

 

참으아리 : 꽃받침이 4개, 잎 끝이 뾰족하지 않고 둥그스름 한 것. 열매 잔털이 있고 깃털을 가진 긴 암술대가 있음
으아리 : 꽃받침잎이 4~5개이고 잎 끝이 뾰족 한 것. 열매에 백색 털이 있는 길이 2cm 정도의 꼬리같은 암술대가 있음
조령으아리 : 꽃받침이 6개인 것. 열매가 납작하고 날개 있으며 짧은 암술대가 돌기처럼 나 있음

외대으아리 : 꽃받침이 4~5장인 것. 열매에 털이 없고, 날개 있으며 짧은 암술대가 돌기처럼 달려 있음

대구으아리 : 꽃받침잎이 4~6개인 것, 납작한 열매에 3cm정도의 암술대에 흰털이 있음
