세잎승마(미나리아재비과 노루삼속) Actaea bifida (Nakai) J.Compton

드뎌 세잎승마가 꽃을 피웠다.

7월 30일 꽃봉오리 맺은 이 녀석을 처음 발견하고 눈빠지게 꽃피기를 기다렸는데, 

그 후 세차례(8/4, 8/19, 9/13) 방문 끝에 드뎌 오늘 화사하게 꽃이 핀 모습을 만났다.

 

8월 19일 이후 다른 산으로 다니느라 근 한 달을 가보지 못하여서 혹시나 다 져버렸으면 어쩌나 내심 걱정도 되었는데

경기 강원도 쪽에는 벌써 승마가 다 사그러졌는데도 여긴 이제사 꽃이 피고 있다.

여름, 가을꽃은 강원도 높은 산에서 부터  피는 시기가 내려 오는데, 세잎승마도 그 덕분에 늦게 피는 모습 볼 수 있는 것 같다. 하도 꽃이 피질 않기에 그냥 사그러지지나 않을까 애를 태우더니 화사하게도 폈다.

 

한 개체는 아직도 꽃봉오리만 봉긋해 졌고 무게 때문에 비스듬하게 누워 있다.  피려면 아직 며칠 있어야 할 것 같다.

4월 이후 찾는 사람 없는 덕분에 조용하게 만날 수 있는 분위기가 좋다. 아무도 관심을 두지 않아서 더 좋다.

룰룰루~! 가까운 사찰 숲에는 세잎승마가 산다네.

 

 

 

 

 

 

잎은 3장의 소엽으로 되어 있다.  줄기는 매우 딱딱하고 둔하게 4각이 지며 자색을 띠고 있다.
