천문동(백합과 비짜루속) 열매 Asparagus cochinchinensis (Lour.) Merr.

남도의 섬은 조사하는 중에 해안 습지에서 만난 천문동.

막 올챙이가 나올 것 같은 하얀  개구리알 처럼 여문 천문동 열매가 가득이다.

 

천문동은 암그루 만나기가 쉽지 않은데 용케도 열매 가득 달고 있는 녀석을 만났다.

주변 물체에 의지하여 길게 줄기를 감아 올리고 잎이 퇴화한 가시가 있다.

잎 처럼 보이는 것은 가지이다.
