은사시나무(버드나무과 사시나무속) Populus × tomentiglandulosa T.B.Lee

이태리포플러와 은사시나무가 한창 꽃을 피우고 있다.

올해 채집 대상이기에 녀석의 상황을 살피러 강건너산에 갔다가 적당한 높이에 암꽃을 피운 암그루를 찾았다. 

 

잎이 나야 채집을 해야하기에 수그루는 소용이 없다. 수꽃은 잎이 날 때 꽃이 다 떨어져 버리기 때문이다.

그개서 생식기관이 있는 표본을 만들자면 암그루여야 한다. 

 

은사시나무는 사시나무(P. davidiana)와 은백양(P. alba) 사이에서 생긴 자연잡종이다.

인공잡종은 현사시나무라고 한다.
