북해도식물-좀개불알풀(현삼과 개불알풀속) Veronica serpyllifolia subsp. serpyllifolia

좀개불알풀 Veronica serpyllifolia L.을 닮은 녀석이다.

 

줄기가 눕고 톱니가 거의 없는 엽형으로 봐서 아종인 Veronica serpyllifolia L. subsp. humifusa  (Dicks.) Sm = Veronica serpyllifolia var. humifusa (Dicks.) Sm 으로 보인다. 헌데 이 학명이 국가표준식물목록에 방패꽃으로 등록이 되어 있다.

일본명 텐쿠와가타 テングクワガタ 북반구 아한대에 널리 분포하며 일본에서는 혼슈 이북의 아고산대 약간 습한 곳에 자란다. 줄기는 하부에서 갈라지고 땅위로 길게 벋어서 사방으로 퍼져 번식하며 마디에서 뿌리와 직립하는 줄기를 낸다.

 

또 다른 아종인

Veronica serpyllifolia subsp. serpyllifolia 는 꽃이나 열매가 더 작고 화관 지름이 3mm로 꽃차례에 선모가 없다.

이 학명이 더 접근한다. 원아종, 그걸 생각못하였다. 내 공부가 짧은 탓이다.

결국 다시 좀개불알풀로 돌아간다.
