북해도식물 - 장미과 딸기속 Fragaria nipponica Makino

이른 새벽 어둠이 가시기 시작하는 시각에 벌써 숙소 밖으로 나왔다.

계곡을 따라난 도로를 다라 주변을 뒤지다가 얕은 언덕배기에서 땃딸기 무리를 만났다.

헌데 녀석은 우라나라 백두산 연변 지역에 자생하는 땃딸기가 아닌  Fragaria nipponica  로 보인다.

 

우리나라 땃딸기는 Fragaria mandshurica Staudt 으로

이명에 Fragaria nipponica Makino var. yezoensis (H.Hara) Kitam. Fragaria nipponica Makino var. mandshurica (Staudt) Y.N.Lee 가 있는 것으로 봐서 땃딸기를 일본 딸기 Fragaria nipponica 의 변종으로 보다가 별도의 독립종으로 정리가 된 듯하다.

원산지는 러시아 극동에서 일본까지이다. 우리나라에도 분포하는 것으로 표기된 것은 땃딸기로 보는 모양이다
