시베리아살구나무(장미과 벚나무속) Prunus sibirica L.

충북 이북의 석회암 지대에 분포한다.

이 녀석 역시 꽃을 본지 오래 되어서 올해는 봐야지 하고 있다가

 

기온이 높은 날씨에 혹시나 하고 찾았더니 이미 절정을 넘기고 있었다.

석회암 지대에 함께 사는 복사앵도에 비하여 꽃이 약간 더 크고 5m 정도로 자라는 소교목이다.

 

개살구보다 잎이 둥글고 잎 뒷면 맥 위에 부드러운 털이 밀생한다.
