보현개별꽃(석죽과 개별꽃속) Pseudostellaria × bohyeonsanensis M.Kim & H.Jo

보현산에서 발견이 되어 이름을 얻은 보현개별꽃은 태백개별꽃과 덩굴개별꽃의 교잡종이다.

보현산에서 처음 발견이 되어 보현개별꽃이란 이름은 얻었지만

태백개별꽃과 덩굴개별꽃이 어울려 있는 곳에는 어디서나 보현개별꽃이 나타날 가능성이 많다.

 

5장의 꽃잎의 수와 모양, 가지가 생기는 점, 꽃받침의 성근 털과 화경의 털은 덩굴개별꽃의 특징을 조금 닮았고

태백개별꽃처럼 줄기에 자색이 돌고 꽃받침이 긴 피침형이며 방추형 뿌리를 2-3개 가지고 있다.  

교잡종의 특징에 따라 이 녀석도 결실이 되지 않는다.
