사시나무(버드나무과 사시나무속) Populus tremula L. var. davidiana (Dode) C.K.Schneid.

잎의 형태는 사시나무로 보이는데.....

헌데 이 녀석을 강원도 고산에서 큰 교목으로 만났던 경험으로 봐서는 전북 지역 습지 주변에서 만났으니 자생지가 퍽 의외라.....

은사시나무일까 싶기도 하지만 은사시나무 라고 볼 수 도 없는게 잎자루와 잎 몸 아래 만나는 지점에 선점이 보이지 않는다.

 

사시나무는 어린 가지의 수피는 회록색을 띠지만 자라면서 흑갈색으로 변한다.

잎은 둥글고 끝은 뾰족하나 잎 기부는 조금 들어가 있으며, 뒷면에 흰 털이 있지만 자라면서 없어진다 고 하니

어린 가지와 잎 뒷면의 융모 흔적 잎자루의 약간의 털 등으로 봐서 일단 사시나무로 정리해 둔다
