개회나무(물푸레나무과 수수꽃다리속) 새잎 Syringa reticulata subsp. amurensis (Rupr.) P.S. Green & M.C. Chang

깔끔한 잎새에 감탄하며 다가가니 강원도 고지대에 서식한다는 정향나무이다

헌데 정향나무를 털개회나무에 포함시켜서 보는 견해도 있다.

 

개회나무를 정향나무로 잘못 봤다.

정향나무 잎 표면은 잎맥이 다소 들어가는 느낌을 주었는데 표면이 매끈하다는 점을 간과하였다
