참골담초(콩과)

북방계 식물로 석회암지대의 풍혈지 부근에서 서식하는 게 확인된지 얼마 되지 않은 녀석이다.

골담초는 열매를 잘 맺지 않는다는데 이 녀석은 열매를 맺을 때 가 보지 못하였고 자생식물원에서 그 열매를 확인하였다.

 

<골담초>

는 잎은 우수1회우상복엽으로 2쌍씩 붙어 있고 호생하며 엽축 끝은 대개 가시로 되고 소엽은 4개로서 탁엽은 길이가 4~8mm로 가시로 변한다.

<참골담초>

는 1회우상복엽의

잎이 8~10장으로

골담초 보다 더 많고, 탁엽의

가시가 2mm도
