골담초(콩과 골담초속)

산사 경내에 이 녀석을 많이 심는데.........

골담초란 이름으로 보면 뼈와 관련된 질병을 치료하는데 이용되었다는 것인데

스님들이 특별하게 뼈를 다치는 일이 많이 생기는 것도 아닌데 왜 사찰 안에 즐겨 심었을까?
