유동(대극과 유동속) 열매 Vernicia fordii (Hemsl.) Airy Shaw

자생은 아니고 도로변에 조경용으로 심어 놓은 녀석이다. 이 열매로 공업용 기름 동유를 얻는다고 한다.

열매가 아기 주먹만 하다. 꽃도 커서 종경수로는 일품이다.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

열매 안에는 3개의 종자가 들어 있다.
