개미자리(석죽과)

암술이 5갈래이고 화경에 선모가 있다.

 

 

꽃은 5-8월에 피고 백색이며 소화경은 길이 10-25(45)mm로서 대개 선모가 있고 꽃이 진 다음에도 곧게 선다.

꽃받침은 5(4)장이며 타원형 또는 난형이고 길이 2-2.5mm로서 가장자리가 백색이며 끝이 둥글다.

꽃잎은 5(4)개이지만 퇴화되는 것도 있고 꽃받침과 길이가 비슷하며, 넓은 난형이고 끝이 둥글며 수술은 5-10개이다.

 

 

대개 잎이 총생하여 방석같고 엽액에서 화지가 나온다. 잎은 대생하며 선형이고 개미자리의 것보다 두꺼우며 넓은 것이 많다.

길이는 2cm이내로 끝이 뾰족하며 다소 다육성이고 기부에 짧은 엽초가 있으며 엽병은 없다.
