질경이(질경이과) Plantago asiatica L.

 밟아도 밟아도 질경이 처럼 일어난다는 말이 있다.

길바닥 아무데나 자라는 녀석은 수레 바퀴며 발걸음에 짓이겨 지기 일쑤이다.

그래도 죽지 않고 끈길기게 살아나서 꽃을 피우는 게 질경이다.
