털질경이(질경이과) Plantago depressa Willd.

해안 지역에 주로 서식하는 개질경이를 털질경이로 잘못 알고 있는 경우가 있는데

개질경이는 연모가 전체적으로 밀생을 하고 털질경이는 거센털이 엉성하게 나 있으며

개질경이에 비하여 잎이 길고 꽃과 꽃밥이 소형이다

 

 

 

 

잎가장자리는 밋밋하거나 불규칙한 톱니가 있고 대개 5개의 맥이 있으며 잎자루가 길다.

 

 

 

거센 털이 성글게 나 있다.

 

털질경이는 원뿌리에 잔뿌리가 나 있다.
