꽃차례가 엄청 커서 큰꽃땅비싸리 쯤으로 볼만한 풍섬함을 보여주고 있다.

큰꽃땅비싸리는 우리나라 경상남도 가야산에 분포하는 한국 고유종이니 영월으 이 녀석은 그냥 땅비싸리인 것이다.

큰꽃땅비싸리는 작은잎이 길이 4~6cm로 양면에 털이 있고, 잎맥이 외관상 불분명하며, 꽃이 길이 1.7~2.2cm로 큰 점에서 속 내 다른 분류군들과 구별된다. 

 

작년에 이 녀석 종자를 채종하다가 고생만 하고 포기 했었다. 그럴 듯한 꼬투리 안에 들어 있는 생각보다 작은 종자의 결실율이 많이 낮은데다가 콩과 식물의 열매는 벌레들의 맛집이라.  겉은 멀쩡해도 속은 헛방인 게 많다는 걸 실컷 고생하고서야 알게 되었다.

올해도 이 녀석이 유혹을 하지만 니 종자는 인자 쳐다보지도 않을끼구마.
