섬남성(천남성과 천남성속) Arisaema takesimense Nakai

 울릉도에 분포하는 한국 고유종이다.

 

이 종은 줄기에 얼룩무늬가 있고 잎의 작은잎 수가 5~19개인 점에서 점백이천남성과 비슷하지만

작은잎 표면에 흰 무늬가 잘 발달하고, 화수 부속체가 곤봉 모양인 점에서 구별한다.

 

개체에 따라 잎 표면에 무늬가 없는 경우도 있다.
