큰천남성(천남성과) Arisaema ringens (Thunb.) Schott

두루미천남성과 함께 숲 아래 초본류들 중에서 큰 비중을 차지하고 있던 큰천남성이다.

1. 화수부속체가 불염포밖으로 길게 뻗고, 끝부분은 사상이며 기부에 병이 없다. 엽서는 2/5이다     2. 위경이 엽병보다 훨씬 짧으며, 육수화서는 단성의 꽃으로 되어있고, 정소여이 측소엽보다 작지 않다. 화분립의 돌기 사이가 평활하다........................................................................................................................................ 1.무늬천남성 A. thunbergii     2. 위경이 엽병보다 길며, 육수화서는 암꽃과 수꽃으로 되어있거나 오직 수꽃만으로 되어있고, 정소엽이 측소엽보다 훨씬 작다. 화분립은 돌기 사이가 과립상이다. ................................................................................................................ 2.두루미천남성 A. heterophyllum 1. 화수부속체는 완전히 불염포 현부 안에 있으며, 끝부분은 원추형 또는 곤봉형이며, 입서는 나선상 대상(1/2)이다    3. 불염포의 현부는 주머니 모양 - 투구모양이다. ....................................................................... 3.큰천남성 A. ringens    3. 불염포의 현부는 앞으로 펼쳐저 있거나 숙였거나 기울어져 있다.        4. 소엽편이 3-5매이다..................................................................................................... 4.둥근잎천남성 A. amurense        4. 소엽편이 5-19매이다.            5. 소엽편의 표면에 무늬가 없고, 화수부속체가 원추형이다. ................................................ 5.점박이천남성 A. peninsulae            5. 소엽편의 표면에 무늬가 있고, 화수부속체가 곤봉형이다. ................................................ 6.섬남성 A. takesimense

 

기타 아종
둥근잎천남성의 소엽편에 거치가 있는 것-- 천남성(f. serrata (NAKAI) Kitag.)
점박이천남성에 화수부속체가 곤봉상인 것-- 눌맥이천남성 (f. convolutum (Nakai) Y.S.Kim & S.T.Ko)
무늬천남성에 화수부속체 기부 비후부의 색깔이 진한 자색 또는 적자색이고 주름이 있는 것-거문천남성(subsp. geomumudonense S.C.Ko)
