나도바랭이(벼과 나도바랭이속) Chloris virgata Sw.

들판을 가로지르는 도로 켠에 이 녀석이 이삭을 올리고 있었다.

근래에 엄청 퍼지고 있는 열대아메리카 원산의 귀화식물이다.

 

한 차례 풀베기로 잘렸다가 다시 자라면서 꽃이삭을 올리고 있었는데 

이 녀석 퍼지는 속도가 만만하지 않아서 좀 걱정이 된다. 

 

 

제대로 폈던 이삭은 벌써 이렇게 말라 있다.
