바랭이(벼과 바랭이속) Digitaria ciliaris (Retz.) Koeler

노지나 밭, 집 주변에서 가장 흔하게 볼 수 있는데 시골집 마당에 제 집처럼 들어 앉아서 속을 끓이게 하는 녀석이다

화서가 초출할 때의 소수 모습과 개화 이후 모습이 달라서 화서만 들여다 보고는 딱 속아 넘어가기 안성 맞춤이다.

 

 

1번 총의 소수는 1소화 호영 가장자리의 털이 빠져나오려는 모습이고 

1번 총의 소수에는 아직 털이 빠져 나올 기척이 없는 모습이다

결실기가 되면 빗살처럼 털이 퍼져서 전혀 다른 모습을 하는데 이 때문에 혼돈이 오기도 한다

 

소수는 소수자루가 있는 것과 없는 것이 쌍으로 붙어 있는데 1소수는 불임성, 2소수는 임성이다
