참죽나무(멀구슬나무과 참죽나무속) Toona sinensis (Juss.) M.Roem.

자주 지나는 길인데 밭 가장자리에 서 있던 녀석이 참죽나무인 줄도 몰랐었다.

봄날 꽃이 핀 걸 보고 그렇게 찾던 참죽나무란 걸 알고 얼마나 반가웠던지...이제 열매가 주렁주렁 여물어 가고 있다.
