다릅나무(콩과 다릅나무속) Maackia fauriei (H.Lév.) Takeda

헛~! 다릅나무 꽃이다~~!!

식생조사 차 들른 습지로 가는 도중 눈 높이에서 다릅나무가 꽃을 피우고 있다.

이 녀석 교목으로 키가 워낙 크다 보니 나지막하게 꽃을 피우는 모습을 만나지 못했는데

모처럼 키 작은 녀석이 꽃을 피우고 있어서 꽃을 제대로 담을 수가 있었다.

 

제주도에는 소엽 수가 더 많고 잎이 더 좁은 솔비나무가 있는데,

다릅나무는 솔비나무에 비하여 잎의 수가 7~11개로 적고 열매의 날개가 좁다
