고삼(콩과 고삼속) Sophora flavescens Aiton

도둑놈의지팡이라고도 부르는데 이 녀석이 왜 도둑놈이 들고 다니는 지팡이와 연결이 될까?

꽃은 6-8월에 피고 길이 15-18mm로서 연황색이며 원줄기 끝과 가지 끝의 총상화서에 많은 꽃이 달린다.

 

 

높이가 1m에 달하고 녹색이지만 어릴 때는 검은 빛이 돈다.

줄기는 곧게 서며 윗부분에서 가지를 치고 어린 가지는 털이 있으나 후에 없어진다.

 

 

잎은 호생하며 엽병이 길고 15-40개의 소엽으로 이루어진 기수우상복엽으로서 길이 15-25cm이다

양면 또는 뒷면에만 복모가 있으며 가장 자리는 밋밋하다.
