좀조팝나무(장미과)

좀조팝인지 참조팝인지 확실하게 구분하지 못하고 일단 참조팝나무로 올려 두었는데

좀조팝나무로 보인다는 조언이 있어서 도감 몇 권을 뒤져 보니 참조팝나무에 대한 내용은 정리가 되어 있으나

좀조팝나무에 대한 구체적인 내용이 없고 덤불조팝나무나 참조팝나무 끝부분에 간단하게 한 줄 정도만 짧게 언급되어 있다

 

일단 여기 저기 뒤져서 좀조팝나무의 내용을 함께 정리 해보니 아래와 같다

참조팝은 열매 봉선을 따라 약간의 털이 있지만 덤불조팝은 열매 전체에 털이 많고, 좀조팝은 털이 없다. 참조팝은 잎표면의 함몰이 거의 없고 가장자리가 뒤로 말리나, 덤불조팝과 좀조팝은 잎맥의 함몰이 더 심하며 가장자리가 말리지 않는다. 참조팝 꽃이 더 큰 반면에 꽃차례는 좀 더 엉성하고, 좀조팝 꽃은 작고 많은 꽃들이 조밀하게 모여 있으며, 덤불조팝 꽃차례는 지름 10cm 정도이고 꽃들은 엉성하게 또는 조밀하게 달린다. 좀조팝나무와 참조팝나무는 화경과 소화경에 털이 없고 덤불조팝나무는 털이 있다. 참조팝나무 ㅈ어린 줄기에는 능각이 뚜렷하지만 덤불이나 좀조팝나무의 능각은 매우 둔하다.

 

우선 꽃색을 보면 흰색보다 홍색이 짙기는 하지만 꽃색은 고도에 따라서 차이가 있기 때문에 필수 구분점으로 보긴 어렵다.  수술의 길이는 꽃잎에 비하여 무척 긴 것 같긴 한데 몇 배 길이라고 언급하기는 어렵다

 

 

 

 

 

잎의 기부 아래쪽 가까운 곳에서 부터 거치가 있고 드문 복거치가 불규칙적이며 엽질이 얇고 뒤로 말리지 않는다.

그러면 좀조팝나무나 덤불조팝나무로 볼 수 밖에 없다.

 

 

원본을 보니 어린가지와 화경에 털이 없다. 좀조팝나무로 봐야겠다
