포천구절초(국화과 구절초속) Dendranthema zawadskii var. tenuisectum (Kitag.) Pak

어라? 그냥 구절초가 아니네?

긴오이풀 때문에 동강변에 들렀다가 마악 뽀얗게 피어서 절정을 이루고 있는 구절초에 먼저 시선을 빼았겼다.

헌데 이 녀석의 줄기 잎과 뿌리잎의 가늘게 찢어진 열편을 보니 그냥 구절초로 볼 수가 없었다.

 

산구절초 보다 잎의 열편이 더 가늘게 갈라졌으니 바위구절초나 포천구절초로 봐야 하는데

바위구절초는 잎에 밀모가 덮여 있으니 제외시키고 결국 포천구절초에 근접한다

 

포천구절초라 하면 포천에만 서식하는 듯한 느낌 때문에 다른 곳에서는 서식을 하지 않는다고 단정을 해 버릴 문제가 생긴다

헌데 포천 뿐만아니라 동강변에도 서식을 하고 있는게 확인되지 않은가?

 

이래서 식물명을 명명할 때에는 지명을 붙이는 것은 깊게 생각해 봐야 한다는 게다.

단양쑥부쟁이는 정작 단양에서는 찾아볼 수 없고 경기도와 충청도의 남한강 주변에서 서식이 확인되고 있다.

결국 이름만 단양이지 정작 다른 곳에서 살고 있으니 지명을 붙이는게 무슨 의의가 있겠는가 말이다

 

 

 

 

 

 

  

 

 

  

 

 

 

잎의 열편이 1mm 정도 밖에 되지 않는다.

 

 

간혹 산구절초 근생엽 같은 녀석들도 보인다
