산토끼꽃(산토끼꽃과 산토끼꽃속) Dipsacus japonicus Miq.

2012. 9. 9. 봉화 ㅊ산.

 

이 녀석은 이년초이다.

일년은 신초로 한해를 보내고 이태 째가 되어서야 줄기를 올려서 꽃을 피운다. 단양쑥부쟁이도 그랗다.

 

재작년 그 많던 산토끼꽃이 안 보이길래 어찌되 일인가 황당했었는데

다음 해인 작년에 완전히 군락을 이루어 꽃을 피운 걸 보고서야 이년초라는 걸 깨닫게 되었었다.

 

올해는 해걸이를 하는 해인데 그래도 그 중에 친구들과 엇박자를 두는 녀석들이 있어서 몇 포기가 꽃을 피웠던가 보다.

이미 씨방이 다 맺히고 있었는데 아래쪽 곁가지에 몇 송이 늦둥이가 꽃을 피우고 있다.

 

 

 

산토끼꽃 열매를 보면 체꽃 열매와 비슷하다.

열매를 보면 체꽃이 왜 산토끼꽃과인지 이해가 될 것이다.

 

 

 

 

 

줄기와 화경에 거친 가시털이 많이 있어서 긁히지 않도록 조심해야한다.
