참소리쟁이(마디풀과 소리쟁이속) Rumex japonicus Houtt.

참소리쟁이가 참하게 열매를 익히고 있다.

내화판 가장자리가 꽤 넓은데 그 가장자리에 자잘한 거치가 있는 점이 특징이다.

 

 

 

꽃은 양성으로 5-7월에 피고 윗부분 또는 가지 끝의 원추화서에 많은 소화가 윤생하며 연한 녹색이고 군데군데 잎같은 포엽이 있다.

화피열편과 수술은 6개이며 꽃잎은 없고 암술대는 3개이며 암술머리가 잘게 찢어진다.

 

꽃이 진 다음 안쪽 줄의 3개의 화피열편은 자라서 넓은 난형의 열매를 둘러싸고 가장자리에 잔톱니가 있으며

뒷면에 길이 2-2.5mm의 사마귀 같은 돌기가 있다.
