백두산식물 -큰별꽃(석죽과 별꽃속) Stellaria bungeana Fenzl

2019년 이 곳에서 꽃이 큰 이 녀석을 처음 만나서 정체를 찾느라고 한참 헤멨던 녀석이다.

별꽃속 녀석을 점나도나물속에서 찾다가 허탕치고 결국 별꽃속에서 큰별꽃이란 녀석을 찾은 것이다.

올해도 내두산 도로변에서 한 무리를 찾아서 알려주었더니 너도 나도 촬영에 열심이다.

 

왕벌꽃 정도로 꽃이 크지만 2개로 갈라진 5장의 꽃잎을 가진 전형적인 별꽃속 꽃 형태를 가지고 있다.

줄기가 꼿꼿하게 자라다가 위쪽에서 가지를 많이 쳐서 풍성해 진다.

 

꽃자루, 꽃받침, 잎, 줄기 등 전초에 선모가 많다.

평북, 함남북에 나며 일본, 만주, 사할린, 동시베리아에 분포한다.

 

잎은 마주나기하고 난상 장타원형으로 길이 4~8㎝, 너비 2~3㎝이며 끝은 뾰족하고 밑은 둥글며 연모가 있다.

양면 주맥에 종종 연모가 있으며 뒷면은 엷은 녹색이다.
