왕별꽃(석죽과 별꽃속)

중국, 몽골, 일본, 러시아 극동부 지방에 분포하는데백두산 지역 등 북부의 산지에서 자란다.

줄기와 잎 뒷면 등 전초에 누운털이 있고 가지가 많이 갈라진다.

 

5장의 꽃잎이 빗살처럼 끝이 5-12조각으로 갈라져 있고 암술대가 3개이다.

 

 

 

꽃받침은 5개로 누운 털이 밀생한다. 꽃자루에도 털이 보인다

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

삭과는 난형이고 꽃받침보다 길다. 8-9월에 익어 끝이 3조각으로 갈라진다.

열매가 익은 것 같은데 종자를 미처 채집하지 못하엿다.
