영주갈고리(콩과 도둑놈의갈고리속) Hylodesmum laxum (DC.) H.Ohashi & R.R.Mill

이 녀석은 동남아시아에 널리 분포하는 식물로 우리나라에서는 제주도 서귀포시 상록수림에서 발견되어 2012년 미기록식물로 보고된 녀석이다

개체가 너무 작아서 찾기가 만만치가 않다. 꽃이 핀 녀석은 보지 못하고 1-2개의 잎을 달고 있는 어린 개체를 만났다.

상록성으로 애기도둑놈의갈고리처럼 잎이 아래쪽에 몰려 나며 잎 양면에 털이 많다.

도둑놈의갈고리와 달리 열매가 2-3실이다. 꽃과 열매도 볼 날이 있겠지.
