자주풀솜나물(국화과 선풀솜나물속 )

늘 녀석을 만나면 선풀솜나물인지 자주풀솜나물인지를 두고 고민이 된다.

잎이 위쪽까지 주걱형에 화서가 밀집하고 총포 기부와 꽃자루에 길고 부드러운 털이 밀포하여 양털처럼 뭉쳐 있으면 자주풀솜나물,

위쪽 줄기 잎이 선형에 단속적인 수상화서를 만들어 화서 길이기 길면 선풀솜나물이라 한다.

 

헌데 그 기준에 맞추어 딱 들어 맞지 않는다는 게 문제이다.

그래도 이 녀석은 단속적 화서로 긴 게 아니라 밀집형화서라는 하나의 이유로 자주풀솜나물로 정리한다.
