피나물(양귀비과 피나물속) Hylomecon vernalis Maxim.

상처가 나면 붉은 액을 내어서 피나물이라 이름을 얻었는데

이 녀석은 줄기를 올리고 그 끝에 꽃을 피운다

 

이 녀석과 비슷한 매미꽃이 있다.

매미꽃은 남부지역 계곡부에 피나물과 함께 자라는데 뿌리에서 곧 바로 꽃대를 올리는 점이 피나물과 다르다.
