아마란스(비름과 비름속)

최근 아마란스라 불리는 슈퍼곡물로 부각되면서 강원도를 중심으로 농가에서 소득작물로 재배하고 있는 농작물이다

다양한 색의 꽃을 피우며 맨드라미 비슷하게 생겼는데 자잘한 종자를 건강식품으로 이용한다고 한다
