돌뽕나무(뽕나무과) 암꽃 Morus cathayana Hemsl.

작년 이곳에서 엄청 큰 돌뽕나무 열매를 보고 그 크기에 놀랐던 적이 있는데

지난 해 보다 10일 쯤 일찍 왔으니 돌뽕나무 꽃을 볼 수 있겠다는 기대는 했지만

그렇게 만났던 돌뽕나무가 이렇게 많았는 줄은 몰랐었다. 

 

경사가 가파른 산을 오르기도 힘들었지만 수그루가 대부분이라

암그루를 찾으려고 쉬업쉬엄 오르는데 정상부 가까운 전석지 부근에서 암그루를 만날 수 있었다. 

수고가 8~10m 정도는 되지만 마침 전석지 쪽으로 늘어진 가지가 있어서 암꽃을 쉽게 담았다.

 

  

 

 

 

 

돌뽕나무는 산뽕나무나 뽕나무에 비하여 잎의 광택이 적고 잎 전체에 털이 많으며 톱니가 둔한 점이 다르다.
