세복수초(미나리아재비과)

제주의 봄은 세복수초로 부터 시작된다고 해도 과언이 아니다.

곶자왈 이끼 이불을 헤치고 사자 목 갈기털 같은 잎을 펼친 세복수초는 황량한 초봄의 곶자왈을 따사롭게 장식해 준다.

노란 꽃잎을 한껏 펼치고 짧은 봄 햇살을 접시 가득 받아들여서 날 벌레들을 불러 모은다.
