끈끈이귀개(끈끈이귀개과) Drosera peltata Thunb. var. nipponica (Masam.) Ohwi ex E.Walker

진도의 얕은 산자락 습지뿐만 아니라 마른 듯한 곳에서도 끈끈이귀개가 발에 채일 정도로 흔하였다.

꽃은 한 두송이 봤지만 폭죽처럼 선모를 펼치며 황금처럼 반짝거리는 모습이 참으로 신비스러웠다.

높이 20cm 정도이고 줄기 윗부분에서 가지가 많이 갈라졌다.

 

꽃은 6월에 피며 백색이고 총상화서에 달리며 화서는 잎과 대생하고 화경과 더불어 길이 2-6cm이며 소화경은 길이 4-6mm이다.

꽃받침잎은 난형으로서 끝이 둔하고 잘게 갈라진 가장자리의 끝이 선(腺)으로 되며 꽃잎은 넓은 도란형으로서 길이 6-8mm 이다.

수술은 5개, 암술은 1개이고 암술대는 3개로서 각각 4개로 다시 갈라진다.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

근생엽은 꽃이 필때 없어지고 경생엽은 호생하며 엽병은 길이 1cm정도로서 가늘고 엽신은 길이 2-3mm, 나비 4-6mm로서

초생달 같으며 위로 굽고 표면에 긴 선모가 있다.

 

 

 

 

 

 

삭과는 둥글며 길이 2.5mm정도로서 3개로 갈라지고 종자는 넓은 타원형이며 양끝이 좁고 세로로 홈이 있다.

줄기 밑부분에 지름 6mm정도의 괴경이 있다는데 확인을 해 보지 못하였다

 

 

 

 

 

 

  

 

 

 

남사면에는 벌써 까맣게 생을 마감한 녀석들이 많이 보였다.
