이 녀석 열매를 쳐다보면서 무슨 나무지? 한참을 헤멨다.
이웃 동네 가로수로도 많이 심어 놓은 이팝나무를 이곳 완도의 수목원 마당에 심어 놓았으니
뭔가 특별한 남부지방 수종이겠거니 했기에 이팝나무라고는 전혀 짐작이 안 되었기 때문이다.
