병풍쌈(국화과)

ㅅㅁ님이 커다란 잎을 뜯으면서 좋은 나물이라 한다. 어수리도 곰취도 저리가라 할 만큼 맛이 있다고

멀리서 보니 도깨비부채처럼 잎이 크길래 그런가 했더니 잎새가 다르다.

 

병풍쌈이다 싶어서 물으니 맞단다. 잎새 몇장을 꺾어서 향을 맡으니 어수리만큼 향이 강하지는 않다.

생채로 쌈싸 먹으면 맛있다고 하니 옆에 서 있던 ㅅㄸ님이 잎 한 장을 우적우적 씹으신다. ㅎㅎ

 

그래서 쌈이란 이름이 붙었나 보다. ㅎㅎ 녀석 이름값 제대로 하네.

병풍쌈보다 잎이 더 큰 초본이 있는데 개병풍은 어린 아기 우산 만하다.
