'털민들레'로 부르던 국명이 '민들레'로 바뀌었다.

학명상 우리 나라에는 '민들레' Taraxacum platycarpum 가 없었더랬다. 민들레는 일본 고유종이었으니.
오랫동안 민들레로 불러 왔던 녀석의 실체는 털민들레 Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.-Mazz.를 오동정한 것이었으니.
헌데 그 '털민들레' 를  '민들레'로 부른다면서 국명 수정이 고시되었더랫다.
그러니 학명 Taraxacum mongolicum 는 추천국명이 민들레이고 털민들레는 이명이 되어 버렸다.

그 주인공이 바로 이 녀석으로 여태 털민들레로 부르던 녀석이다.
