새포아풀(벼과 포아풀속)

포아풀속 중에서 가장 일찍 꽃을 피우는 녀석이다.

마을 주변의 도랑, 우물 주변의 습한 곳, 들판, 빈터 및 경작지 주변에서 자라는 한해 또는 두해살이풀이다.

 

3~5개의 소화(작은꽃)가 모여 길이 3~5mm쯤의 소수(작은이삭)을 이룬다.
