벌개미취(국화과 참취속)

이 녀석은  한국특산식물인데도 조경용으로 많이 식재를 하는 종이라서 자생종이 아닌 원예종으로 오해하기도 한다.  

그런데 야생에서는 그리 흔하지는 않아서 자생 상태에서 만나기는 쉽지 않다.

참취속 녀석들은 숙부쟁이절 몇 종을 빼고는 대부분 긴 관모를 가지고 있지만 이 녀석은 열매에 관모가 없는 것도 하나의 특징이다.
