양버즘나무(버즘나무과 버즘나무) 꽃 Platanus occidentalis L.

학교 마당 양버즘나무도 주렁주렁 꽃을 피웠다.

 

암꽃은 가지의 끝부분에 달리고 수꽃은 암꽃보다 가지 아래쪽에 달린다

처음 꽃이 필 때는 두 녀석의 크기가 비슷하여서 암꽃은 붉은 암술을 확인해야 하는데

시기가 조금 지나면 암꽃 방울이 커지기 때문에 쉽게 찾을 수가 있다.
