미나리(산형과 미나리속) 꽃 열매

미나리 자료가 필요해서 찾으니 올려 놓지 않은 게 있어서 창고를 뒤졌다.

미나리는 식탁 위에 향긋하게 입맛을 돋구워 주는 녀석이다.

 

어떤 이는 이 향이 싫어서 못먹는다는 사람도 있는데

무침나물이든, 부침개, 찌개 등에 넣었을 때의 향미와 아삭거리는 식감을 아주 좋아한다.

 

여름 방학 학교에서 갯벌체험을 갔을 때 숙소 주변에 야생으로 자라서 꽃을 피우던 미나리를 담아두었었다.

무슨 식물이든지 들여다 보는 것이 좋아서 눈길 주지 않은 이런 녀석들도 들여다 보고 있다가

아주 특별한 점을 찾았을 때 무척 기분이 좋다.

산형과가 그러하듯이 자잘한 타원구형의 분과 열매에 떨어지지 못한 2개의 암술을 촉수처럼 달고 있다.
