7월에 이 곳에서 녀석을 보고 잎의 모양이 애매하여 갸웃거리다가 결국 개구리미나리로 정리를 하였었는데
2회 3출엽의 잎이 확실하게 확인할 수가 있었다.
미나리아재비속 중에서 2회3출엽의 잎을 가진 종으로 개구리미나리와 젓가락나물이 있다
개구리미나리는 젓가락나물에 비해 잎이 가늘고 털이 적으며 화탁의 길이가 5mm이하인 것이 다르다.
꽃은 6-7월에 피며 황색이고 소화경에 1개씩 달려서 전체가 취산상으로 되며 지름 1-1.5cm 내외.
꽃받침잎은 5개로서 연녹색이며 겉에 털이 약간 있고 난형이며 뒤로 젖혀지고
꽃잎도 5개로서 꽃받침보다 약간 길며 밑부분에 인편같은 작은 밀선이 있다.
수과는 길이 3mm정도이고 모여서 지름 1cm정도의 둥근 취과로 되며 도란상 원형이다. 암술대 끝이 거의 구부러지지 않는다.
2회 3출엽의 잎은 첫째 소엽은 엽병이 있으나 둘째 소엽은 엽병이 없으며 2-3개씩 깊게 갈라지고 가장자리에 불규칙한 톱니가 있다
